Cindy Schreibman has held executive leadership positions with Cónde Nast (Cónde Nast Traveler, The New Yorker) and Time Inc. (People en Español, Essence) and now runs Cinderblock Communications, a firm specializing in brand identity, consumer insights and experiential events. A creative problem solver and strategist with a knack for promoting content, directing projects and achieving results, Cindy has a tested track record of developing and implementing innovative solutions across a wide range of industries including media, financial services, fashion, retail, digital, not for profit, consumer products, executive search, and travel and has worked on major projects for Meredith, HOLA & Hello Media, Options Group, Helen Keller Services, PVH, Hearst, and USA Today. At Meredith, Cindy was Project Lead on key business initiatives with blue-chip companies and organizations including the Fashion Institute of Technology, El Museo del Barrio, Univision, Nissan, Ancestry, Brown Forman, P&G, Nestle, and LVMH.


In 2017, Cindy added to her responsibilities at Cinderblock Communications by partnering with Mark Stephen Experiential Agency (MSEA), a renowned event design and production company specializing in live events, conferences, sponsored activations and installations. The firm’s clients include Netflix, Oath, The Grammy Awards, Housing Works, and DSW. 


An expert connector and collaborator, Cindy has extensive global experience developing integrated solutions for B2B and B2C campaigns and has effectively implemented partnerships with organizations and companies including MADD, Kraft, Alvin Ailey, Time Warner, The Museum of the City of New York, Estee Lauder, and Macy’s.  She has a deep understanding of the partnership ecosystem and is driven to engage key stakeholders to achieve exceptional results. She has worked on promotional programs and events throughout the US and in Europe, The Middle East, and Asia.


A resident of New York City, Cindy has served on Central Synagogue’s Shofar Award Committee, which honored business and civic leaders, is on the board of We Save Lives and has been an active volunteer with JDRF since 2004 serving on its Speakers Bureau, as a policy advocate and as Chair of JDRF’s NYC One Walk since 2015.
